Description

With the shoulder pulley you use one arm to help the other one up. You clamp the strap over the top of a door, run the rope over the pulley and hold a handle on each side. By pulling down with one arm, your other arm moves up calmly. That way you work step by step on the mobility of your shoulder, for example as part of an exercise programme from your physiotherapist.

How to use it

Clamp the door strap over the top of a closed door, with the pulley on your side. Sit on a chair with your back to the door, take both handles and pull alternately with left and right. Move calmly and within a comfortable range.

How long does delivery take?

On average, your order arrives within 8 to 12 working days. The exact delivery time can vary per product. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email.
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg costs € 4.95. Free shipping on orders of €55 or more.
Can I still change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you email orcollective.shop@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is usually already being processed. You can then return it after delivery.
How long do I have to return?

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it.
How do I return something?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Within 1 working day you'll receive the return address and instructions. Returns go to our supplier's warehouse in China. Return shipping costs are for you (around €15–30). The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
When will I get my money back?

Within 14 days of receiving your return or your proof of postage, using the same payment method you paid with.
My product is damaged or wrong. What now?

Sorry to hear that! Email us your order number and a photo as soon as possible after delivery. You'll get a replacement or your money back, and you don't need to send anything back.
