Description

With this cupping set you apply vacuum cups to your skin yourself. The hand pump draws the air out of the cup, so it sticks and gently lifts the skin and underlying tissue. A popular massage technique after training or for stiff calves, shoulders or back.

How to use it

Place the cup on a fleshy area, such as your calf or upper back, and pump a few times until it sits firmly. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes and release it via the valve on top. Start with little suction. Light red circles are normal and fade after a few days. Do not use on wounds, varicose veins or directly on joints. If in doubt, consult a (sports) physiotherapist first.
Care

Wash the cups after use with warm water and soap, and let them dry well.

On average, your order arrives within 8 to 12 working days. The exact delivery time can vary per product. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email.

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg costs € 4.95. Free shipping on orders of €55 or more.
Can I still change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you email orcollective.shop@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is usually already being processed. You can then return it after delivery.
How long do I have to return?

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it.
How do I return something?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Within 1 working day you'll receive the return address and instructions. Returns go to our supplier's warehouse in China. Return shipping costs are for you (around €15–30). The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
When will I get my money back?

Within 14 days of receiving your return or your proof of postage, using the same payment method you paid with.
My product is damaged or wrong. What now?

Sorry to hear that! Email us your order number and a photo as soon as possible after delivery. You'll get a replacement or your money back, and you don't need to send anything back.
