Description

With the stretch strap you reach further than with your hands alone. Hook the foot loop around your foot and hold the strap at the loop that matches your flexibility. That way you stretch your hamstrings, calves, hips and shoulders calmly and with control, moving up a loop as you get more flexible.

How to use it

Lie on your back, hook the foot loop around the ball of your foot and lift your straight leg. Pull gently via the loops until you feel a stretch and hold it for 20 to 30 seconds.

How long does delivery take?

On average, your order arrives within 8 to 12 working days. The exact delivery time can vary per product. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email.
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg costs € 4.95. Free shipping on orders of €55 or more.
Can I still change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you email orcollective.shop@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is usually already being processed. You can then return it after delivery.
How long do I have to return?

You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it.
How do I return something?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Within 1 working day you'll receive the return address and instructions. Returns go to our supplier's warehouse in China. Return shipping costs are for you (around €15–30). The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
When will I get my money back?

Within 14 days of receiving your return or your proof of postage, using the same payment method you paid with.
My product is damaged or wrong. What now?

Sorry to hear that! Email us your order number and a photo as soon as possible after delivery. You'll get a replacement or your money back, and you don't need to send anything back.

Our products are designed for training and recovery and are not medical devices. If you have an injury or persistent complaints, please consult a (sports) physiotherapist or your GP first.
